Q1 : What credit cards do you accept?
KeenART Media offers many options for our customers to make payment for their purchases. We accept Paypal or Checks/Money Orders. Also you may pay directly into our bank account or by cheque. However, this process is normally slower.
Q2 : What is PayPal?
PayPal is an internationally recognized e-commerce provider, with over 71 million members worldwide. Purchasing through PayPal (either with your credit card or an electronic funds transfer directly from your checking account) is fast, easy, and 100% secure. PayPal has very strict procedures to ensure complete e-commerce security; this protects both the merchant and the customer.
Q3 : How long does it take to download each image?
The download time depends on the size of the images and the speed of your internet connection. The higher the resolution, the longer it takes. For a normal high resolution image (3-5 MByte) with ADSL connection it will be less than one minute.
Q4 : Do you see my credit card information when I place an order?
No! Our credit card processing company (PayPal) collects your credit card number, billing information, and other personal information. All we receive from PayPal is the amount that you have paid, your name and email address. So, we do not keep any credit card details.
Q5 : What are the advantages of using Paypal as credit card processing agent?
PayPal has the most advanced security features so your credit card information won't be stolen over the Internet. PayPal uses the most advanced encryption decryption technologies to protect your personal information over the Internet.
PayPal offers the best "buyer" and "seller" protections.
PayPal keeps your credit card information in its database and you won't need to re-enter it next time that you want to place an order either through us or any other PayPal shops.
Q6 : Does the image I purchased have a PBase.ca watermark on it?
Only comp images have watermarks on them. This watermark is designed to prevent theft, but purchased images will not have our watermark on them.
Q7 : What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If there's a problem, we'll try to fix it. If you need to return a purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date. Due to royalty considerations for our providers, all purchases are considered final after 7 days. Service fees are non-refundable.
Q8 : How quickly can I get my order?
Many of the items you purchase from us do not involve shipping at all. Single images never require shipping. We will send you an email when your order has been processed including directions for accessing your purchased images and this takes usually an hour after payment confimation.
For items that do require physical shipment:
All orders are processed within one business day of receipt, whether you place your order online or by phone. Orders received by 5pm EST will be shipped that day. Whenever possible, we try for same day fulfillment on orders received as late as 6pm EST, but can not guarantee it.
Q9 : How do I print an invoice of my purchase?
After logging into your account with your username and password, click on "My Account" at the top of the page, and follow the links to your invoice history.
